• Rapidly scale training capacity by 3x in 12 months through strategic partnerships with local councils, education providers, and government-backed employment schemes. Establish dedicated training centres equipped with modern technology to deliver industry-certified qualifications, with the ambition to train over 500 individuals annually by year three. Develop and deliver a national blueprint for scalable construction workforce development to position Tellavor as a recognised leader in both training and construction delivery.
• Establish a centrally located operational and training headquarters strategically positioned between Swindon, Basingstoke, Newbury, Oxford, Eastleigh, Southampton, and Andover.  This central hub will allow us to efficiently serve key growth corridors while acting as the flagship site for training, logistics, and project coordination. Our goal is to ensure that all regions within our catchment area benefit from fast mobilisation, consistent quality delivery, and access to career development opportunities through our training infrastructure.
• Secure regional frameworks by positioning Tellavor within local and national procurement networks, targeting key infrastructure, housing, and public sector development pipelines. Build strategic alliances with Tier 1 contractors, government departments, and regional housing associations to gain framework access for long-term, recurring project pipelines. Invest in compliance, accreditations, and digital reporting systems to meet framework and government contract standards. Expand our offering to include rapid-deployment training units, allowing us to service framework requirements for both construction and workforce development.

• Modern machinery acquisition to support the delivery of large-scale housing and infrastructure developments, ensuring operational efficiency, site safety, and the ability to meet tight project timelines.
• Development of state-of-the-art training centres and mobile training units to scale the workforce across urban and rural zones, supporting national skill shortages in groundworks, civil engineering, and plant operation.
• Investment in advanced recruitment and HR systems to automate sourcing, vetting, onboarding, and compliance — enabling fast mobilisation of large crews for public and private sector projects.
• Deployment of regional marketing campaigns to raise Tellavor's visibility with potential clients, funding partners, and key stakeholders, ensuring a strong brand presence in competitive tendering environments.
• Business development infrastructure including CRM systems, data-driven tendering strategies, and bid-writing support to secure high-value, long-term contracts and public procurement frameworks.
